Nutella Frosted Cupcakes

MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE!

Ingredients
140g butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla *
200g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella (as much as you want)

Method
1. Preheat oven to 160℃.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until light, 2min.
3. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Don't worry if the batter doesn't look smooth.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
6. Fill each muffin liner with batter till 3/4 full.
7. Top each cake with 1 and 1/2 tsp Nutella. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the Nutella.
8. Bake for 20min @ 160℃.

NOTE.
* Its better to use a shallow muffin cup so that the batter would not be too thick with only a little Nutella at the top.

* Add 2 tsp of vanilla for more taste.

* For more Nutella madness,
fill 1/2 of the muffin cup with batter. Add one tsp of Nutella. Fill the muffin cup with batter above the Nutella till 3/4 filled. Swirl one tsp of Nutella at the top.

This is the easiest and most delicious cupcake ever! (:

Biskut Dam


BAHAN-BAHAN
300g tepung gandum
200g mentega
100g gula kastor
2 biji telur
15g serbuk koko
1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
1/2 sudu teh garam



CARA MEMBUAT
1. Campurkan tepung, serbuk penaik dan garam.
2. Dalam bekas lain, pukul mentega, gula dan telur.
3. Masukkan adunan ini ke dalam tepung tadi.
4. Bahagikan doh kepada dua bahagian.
5. Campurkan satu bahagian dengan serbuk koko.
6. Canai dan buat corakkan doh. Kemudian doh dipotong-potong dan dibakar pada suhu 180℃ selama 15minit.

Biskut Gajus Rapuh



Bahan-bahan
150g mentega
70g gula perang
150g tepung gandum
40g gajus (dicincang halus dan dibakar sebentar)
40g tepung kastard [boleh gunakan hingga 60g tepung kastard supaya lebih garing]
35g mentega kacang [cuba dengan Nutella]

Cara Membuat
1. Putar mentega dan gula hingga halus dan kembang.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum, tepung kastard, mentega kacang dan gajus yang telah dicincang. Pukul hingga benar-benar sebati.
3. Canaikan doh itu dan terapkan ke atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilenserkan dengan mentega.
4. Letakkan gajus di atasnya dan bakar selama 20 minit pada suhu 160℃.

Cornflakes Madu Aidilfitri

Bahan-bahan
300g bijirin emping jagung
100g mentega
60g madu
30g gula kastor

Cara Membuat
1. Cairkan mentega di dalam kuali.
2. Kemudian campurkan madu dan gula kastor.
3. Kacau sehingga larut dan angkat.
4. Masukkan bijirin emping jagung dan gaulkan bersama adunan yang telah dilarutkan tadi.
5. Gaul sehingga ia menjadi sebati.
6. Masukkan ke dalam cawan kertas.
7. Bakar di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 170℃selama 10-12minit.

Ingredients
300g cornflakes
100g butter
60g honey
30g castor sugar

Method
1. Melt the butter in a pan.
2. Add honey and castor sugar.
3. Ensure even mixing, then add cornflakes.
4. Again, ensure even mixing.
5. Put into paper cups and bake for 10-12mins @ 170℃

NOTES.
(1) Its best to use Nestlé cornflakes.
(2) Adding more honey makes it stickier and sweeter.

An Introduction

This blog is for me to keep track of the recipes that I have tried.
I decided to do this because I tend to lose the recipes that I've tried..not that I've tried many..
Also, my mom bakes for Hari Raya every year but the recipes come from many sources, such as Nona and Saji.
So it's really difficult to keep track of the good ones!
