MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE!
Ingredients
140g butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla *
200g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella (as much as you want)
Method
1. Preheat oven to 160℃.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until light, 2min.
3. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Don't worry if the batter doesn't look smooth.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
6. Fill each muffin liner with batter till 3/4 full.
7. Top each cake with 1 and 1/2 tsp Nutella. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the Nutella.
8. Bake for 20min @ 160℃.
NOTE.
* Its better to use a shallow muffin cup so that the batter would not be too thick with only a little Nutella at the top.
* Add 2 tsp of vanilla for more taste.
* For more Nutella madness,
fill 1/2 of the muffin cup with batter. Add one tsp of Nutella. Fill the muffin cup with batter above the Nutella till 3/4 filled. Swirl one tsp of Nutella at the top.
